SHIPPING: The order will be processed in the 24 hours after the credit of the payment. The shipment will be made with express courier service, with delivery in different time (depend on the country of delivery). When the courier will takes the shipment it will send you by email the tracking number to track your shipment online. Cuoieria will insure all your purchases. FREE INSURED SHIPPING: in case of lost of your pack by the courier you will be refounded for all the amount.
RETURN: You can return your purchase in the 30 days after the delivery. The customer will pay the shipping cost for return and than we will refund you or change it with another object. If you want to change/refund please email us at info@cuoieria.com with your order number and the reason of return. You have to ship the pack with traceable courier. Please insert into the pack your data for the refund or the name of the object you want.
